Email support@lexifour.com for account access, privacy, export, deletion, billing errors, moderation reports, newsletter questions, or game and Learn problems.

Do not email passwords, card details, OAuth codes, session cookies, or other secrets. Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time.

Billing

Use the Customer Portal from your signed-in account to manage or cancel an existing paid subscription. For a suspected billing error, contact support. See the Billing policy.

Newsletter

Use the unsubscribe link in any Lexifour newsletter email to stop newsletter delivery. Newsletter unsubscribe is separate from deleting your Lexifour account.

Privacy requests

Signed-in users can download their data or request deletion from the account panel. If you cannot access the account, email support. Account deletion instructions explain timing and subscription handling. See the Privacy policy.
