Delete your Lexifour account

Request deletion

Sign in and open your account settings, expand Privacy & account, then choose Delete account. You can also request deletion in the Android or iOS app’s account settings.

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email support@lexifour.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my Lexifour account”. We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send passwords or payment details.

What is deleted

Your profile and linked sign-in identity, saved gameplay and Learn progress, group memberships, account-linked reports and telemetry are removed or anonymized. Operational backups and records required for security or legal obligations may remain for their documented retention periods. See the Privacy policy.

Processing may take up to 30 days. An optional request to wait for paid access to end can take longer; the scheduled date is shown in the account flow. Native apps also offer deletion without waiting for subscription expiry.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not cancel billing. Cancel your subscription separately in Google Play, Apple subscriptions, or the web billing portal to stop future charges. If you choose deletion before paid access ends, remaining Lexifour access is lost.
